Marc Dombrowski comes from a family of builders. His father Vern founded Dombrowski Construction over 40 years ago, and that’s where Marc and his brother Adam learned the importance of details. As they learned to build together, they developed a strong sense of pride for the quality that was associated with their family name. Maintaining precision in the process is what delivers quality every time.
Our process starts with a personal one-on-one consultation where we learn more about what you envision, the functions that are important to you, and the styles you love. Then we talk about your budget to compare the affordability of features, styles, and energy efficiency options. If you already have house plans, we can review those with you.
If you decide you’d like to work with us, we then choose an architect from our team whom we feel is most suited to compliment your house ideas and your budget. We work with them to put together concepts for your new home to present you with what we feel are the best balance of features, efficiency, and style for your budget. You know the full cost of your home before the building starts, so there are no surprises and a building contract with a payment schedule is signed.
Once a concept has been approved we select the team that will work with Marc to build your home. Working as a building contractor in the Nanaimo, Nanoose, Qualicum Beach and Parksville areas over so many years has provided Marc with the opportunity to build a team of many skilled local professionals. As your building contractor, Marc Dombrowski is personally involved with each stage of the building process and meets with you regularly to provide updates on the progress. When your project is completed, a final walk through provides the opportunity to ensure that you’re completely satisfied and ready to call it home.
